This is a kind of digital labyrinth — something like a walking meditation, but for a screen. It’s not meant to replace the real thing, just to offer an alternative for the times when you can’t get outside or up and moving.
The idea is to give you just enough to focus on that your mind can wander a little. Not in a distracted way — more like the way walking can open up space to think.
How it works
Set your step count at the top left — this determines how far you’ll walk before reaching the center.
Click the start button to generate the first tile on your path.
You can turn the step counter display on or off using the checkbox.
Click the grey "begin" tile to start.
New grey tiles will appear, each labeled with a short word — a prompt, a reflection, a seed. Pick the one that feels most appropriate.
With each step, you’ll see new words.
When you reach the center, pause.
Then follow the path back to where you started.
There’s no right or wrong way to use this. Take from it what you will.
