🎧📺 PopuliPlayLater

PopuliPlayLater is a simple browser tool that adds a “Save for Study” button next to audio and video players on your Populi course pages. It’s designed to support students who need to review lectures offline or with the help of assistive technologies.

It works entirely in your own browser, on pages you are already authorized to access, and does not bypass any restrictions or authentication.

Drag the button below to your bookmarks bar:

📚 How to Use It

Visit your Populi course page with audio or video content.
Click the “⬇ Save for Study” bookmarklet from your bookmarks bar.
Buttons will appear next to each supported player, allowing you to save files for offline study.

📺 Video Support

PopuliPlayLater now supports video! It adds “⬇ Save Video” buttons for Video.js players that declare downloadable MP4 sources. Videos using streaming-only formats (like blob: or .m3u8) may not be supported.

⚠️ Important Notes

This tool is for use by currently authorized Populi users only.
It does not scrape or extract data — it only adds download links to media already present on the page.
Some browsers may open the file in a new tab instead of downloading. If that happens, right-click the button and choose “Save link as…”.
